1. Acceptance of Terms

• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if your credentials have been compromised, you must notify BK66 support immediately.
• You must keep your registered contact details up to date. BK66 uses your registered email address and phone number for important account notifications, and outdated information may delay legitimate support requests.
• You must not allow any other person to use your BK66 account, even temporarily. Account sharing is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BK66 complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. BK66 does not provide legal advice, and it is your responsibility to understand your own situation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on BK66 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards. BK66 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or through payment methods not listed on the platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.

• Deposits are generally processed immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your BK66 balance within minutes.

• Funds deposited into your BK66 account must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing without meaningful play may be considered abuse of the platform and may be subject to review.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment method — including accounts belonging to family members — is not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original source.
• BK66 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used before processing withdrawals. This is a standard security and fraud prevention measure.

5. Betting Rules

Sports betting on BK66 covers cricket (including PSL and international matches), football, esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific rules that apply to individual markets.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by BK66, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user unless a cash-out option is available and actively offered for that bet at that time.
• BK66 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event or market that contained an obvious error in odds, whether due to a technical fault, data feed error or human mistake. Where a void bet is identified, the stake will be returned to your account.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to that specific sport and market. For cricket, matches reduced by weather or other conditions may be settled on the revised result where an official result has been declared.
• BK66 uses official data sources and match results as the basis for bet settlement. The platform's decision on settlement is final in cases of dispute about the official result of an event.
• Maximum stake limits and payout caps apply to individual bets and accumulators. These are displayed within the bet slip and may vary by sport, market and event.
• BK66 may limit the stakes or markets available to any account at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

6. Casino & Games Rules

• All casino games on BK66 use certified random number generators (RNG) for slot and table game outcomes. Live casino games use real dealers streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the relevant game variant.
• Game malfunctions — whether caused by a technical fault on BK66's systems or on a third-party game provider's platform — void all associated bets and plays. Stakes will be returned to your account balance in the event of a confirmed malfunction.
• Bingo rooms operate on fixed schedules. Tickets purchased for a bingo game are non-refundable once the game has started. If a game is cancelled before it begins, ticket costs will be returned to your account.
• BK66 may temporarily take any game, table or room offline for maintenance or updates. No compensation is provided for scheduled maintenance periods.
• Attempting to exploit game mechanics, software vulnerabilities or any technical irregularity to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

BK66 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be displayed at the point the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all promotions:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. Creating multiple accounts in order to claim a welcome bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all associated balances being forfeited.
• Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds and contributing game types will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Deposit match bonuses require a qualifying deposit to be made within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Deposits made before or after the qualifying window will not trigger the bonus.
• Free bet credits awarded as part of a promotion do not carry monetary value — only winnings derived from the use of free bets may be withdrawable, subject to stated terms.
• BK66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and begun meeting the promotion's requirements will be notified of any material changes.
• Any attempt to manipulate bonus terms — including placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus removal and account review.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on BK66 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under any other identity.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents or personal information in connection with a BK66 account.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation or coordination with other users to manipulate the outcome of bets.
• Collusion in casino games, including any form of chip dumping or coordinated play designed to transfer funds between accounts in an irregular way.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with BK66, place bets, play games or exploit any feature of the platform.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity, or using BK66 as a mechanism to move funds.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing BK66 staff, support agents or other users through any communication channel.
• Providing false information at any stage of registration, verification or support interactions.

9. Suspension & Account Closure

BK66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a user has breached these terms or where BK66 is required to act for compliance or security reasons.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, BK66 will aim to complete any review within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the account holder. During a suspension, access to funds may be temporarily withheld until the review is concluded.

If an account is permanently closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any bonus funds, pending bets and in some cases real-money balances may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. BK66 will only retain real-money balances where there is a clear legal or compliance reason to do so.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting BK66 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

10. Limitation of Liability

BK66 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the platform remains accessible and functions correctly, BK66 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times.

• BK66 is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, internet connection issues on the user's side, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• BK66 is not responsible for losses resulting from a user's own decisions, including betting and gaming outcomes. All games and bets carry risk, and users accept that risk when they choose to play.
• To the maximum extent permitted, BK66's total liability to any individual user in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the value of the real-money funds held in that user's account at the time the liability arises.
